I have always had a passion for tinkering and making things. Below are some hobbies / projects I have worked on and academic papers I have contributed to.

FPV Racing Drone

Built from scratch without a kit

On board camera transmit video feed to FPV goggles

Has only crashed and caught on fire 3 times

PID Controlled SOUS VIDE

Proportional integral derivative controlled sous vide machine (see academic papers for details)

Temperature controller monitors crock pot temperature and adjusts the duty cycle (intermittent turning on and off of appliance) in order to maintain a pre set temperature.

Vacuum sealed food is cooked to the perfect temperature, consistent all the way through.

Especially useful for breaking down fattier cheaper cuts of meat into melt in your mouth textures.

Rainbow Diffraction Eclipse Glasses

Plastic lensless glasses frames, magnetized laser cut acrylic frames, one containing rainbow diffraction film, the other eclipse film

User can switch out or combine frames in order to view an eclipse and or see 8 directional diffraction from light source
